A morning at home

Mornings alone at home have been a luxury lately--with work, running errands, etc. Mark's been home lately because Tim is handling the work load pretty much by himself, but the past couple of days Mark's working on a drywall job by himself.

In a week Mark will be off to Europe, so I'm glad for time we have with him at home. It's still an adjustment not sending him off to school each day. But it's been sort of nice to take Christina to school each day--giving us some time to chat and giving her more driving experience around town.

We have a departmental meeting later this afternoon, so I'll pick up Christina after school and then head to work. She doesn't have volleyball practice today--last night was her first game, and though she played valiantly, their team was soundly beaten. Maybe next time.

Now I should get off the computer and get some tasks completed at home!

Till next time,

Suzi
