Mid-life

Here we are at mid-life. Tomorrow Luke is supposed to close on his first home. Tim is getting sick of drywall remodeling and is considering a new career. We deal with teen-age issues with our other children, while meanwhile I'm approaching the "change in life" so hormones are bouncing all over the place.

I raised some of these issues with my friends in Bible study today and they have resolved to pray for me and our family. We are studying the Holy Spirit, and one of the things we are learning/re-learning is that he intercedes for us when we don't know how to pray.

It's good to have friends to pray for us and wonderful especially to know the Holy Spirit prays on our behalf when we don't have words.

God's provision is unfailing. Even when we complain and don't always understand what's happening or why in life.
