Winding down on Wednesday

After lots of people in and out of the office the last two days, today was relatively quiet, even though the three guys I work for were in and out during the day. It was nice to catch up on some things and clean up my desk a bit. Still, I was waiting for an e-mail to come, which finally arrived 15 minutes before quitting time. I had to forward the e-mail, print out two copies of the attachment, and hurry out the door because I had to stop at the post office. It was almost like Christmas at the post office--waiting in line about 15 minutes.

I got home and nobody was there. So, I unwound a bit more and waited for Tim's call. We debated about eating out or at home, and finally decided on omelets/scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Tim picked up some English muffin bread for toasting--mmm mmmm good.

I suppose I should get the dishes in the dishwasher and clean up the kitchen. I can do that knowing that I don't have to get up early in the morning for work.

Winding down Wednesdays are nice after a wild week at work.
