Thinking Thursday

Today is supposed to be my day to catch up on my Daniel Bible Study Lesson. But it is already after noon, and other interruptions have eaten up my time--phone calls, e-mails, laundry, etc.

It's nice to have Mark back home, and good to know he's safe and sound. We've heard some of his adventures, but he's been adjusting to the time change and sleeping or hanging out with friends. A few of the jobs Tim had planned for this week have now fallen through, so Mark's help hasn't been needed yet at work. Last night I helped Tim put a resume together for himself and we're actually sending out applications for other(non-drywall) employment. It's tough to compete in drywall these days when so many construction workers are working for very little pay.

So, Tim and I are talking, thinking. Making plans for the next phase in life. It's a little gloomy out today--most of the leaves are off the trees and it's overcast.

A good day for thinking, sipping tea, and studying the Word.
